Prenatal Visits
After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, as your doula I am committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family, throughout your pregnancy as well as after giving birth. I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, help you prepare your home and family, connect you with resources and answer any and all questions you may have.
Postpartum Support
From the moment you bring your bundle of joy earth side I am here to offer you emotional and physical support. I will be sure you are nourished with healing food and are given the rest you need during the imperative first 40 days. You have only two jobs during this delicate period to learn to breastfeed and fall in love with your baby.
Guided Mothers Group
Meet other moms in a monthly guided group. We will discuss prominent issues effecting you, your new baby, and your family life. You will also learn my best tips for cooking healthy meals for your family with a newborn in tow.
